At luxemomsbabe, we are committed to delivering high-quality baby clothing. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

Items once worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color mismatch due to customer preference

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Replacement / Exchange

  • Replacements or exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once the order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Accessories (if mentioned on the product page)
