All products listed on luxemomsbabe are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any pricing errors or discrepancies, luxemomsbabe reserves the right to cancel or modify orders after informing the customer.
3. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email. Order acceptance is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
We deliver to select locations across India. While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address.
5. Returns and Refunds
At luxemomsbabe, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Refunds or replacements will be processed after quality verification
Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Product Care & Safety
Our baby clothing is made with care using child-friendly materials. However, parents are advised to:
Follow wash and care instructions provided with the product
Supervise children while wearing accessories
Discontinue use if any irritation occurs
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details. luxemomsbabe is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information.
9. Limitation of Liability
luxemomsbabe shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
